These are the GENERAL RULES of use applicable to our service and to our Clients. The person who purchases any of GO CORPORATE HOSTING's services will be referred to as "The Client". The use of the contracted services presupposes the complete acceptance of the

1 - Contents

The services contracted with GO CORPORATE HOSTING must be used exclusively for lawful purposes. It is strictly forbidden to use any of the services contracted with GO CORPORATE HOSTING in violation of any local, national or international law. While using the services contracted with http://www.gocorporatehosting.comthe Client may not: Disclose or transmit illegal, abusive, abusive, defamatory, racist, offensive, or any other type of objectionable information, whether through photographs, text, advertising banners or links to external pages, as well as publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute or exploit any information or software that contains viruses or any other harmful component, software or other material that is not original (pirated), infringe intellectual property rights, publish or provide material or resources on hacking, cracking, or any other information that GO CORPORATE HOSTINGS considers inappropriate. Any use of the system for illicit purposes will enable GO CORPORATE HOSTINGS to suspend the contracted services without prior notice. To report a service or domain that is being used for illicit purposes, please contact our Investigation Department through: contact@gocorporatehosting.com.

2 - Denial or cancellation of service

GO CORPORATE HOSTING reserves the right to refuse to suspend or cancel the services contracted by the Client with or without prior notice, if the Client incurs in any conduct or activity that GO CORPORATE HOSTING considers abuse or violation of any of the terms, norms and conditions herein, with or without prior notice and not being responsible for the consequences that may result for this reason. This situation also contemplates cases in which the Technical area of GO CORPORATE HOSTING cancels the service to accounts that incur in actions that do not allow the correct functioning of the other users. Each case of suspension will be evaluated and, if appropriate, the client will be administratively cancelled. Likewise, the Client accepts and is notified that GO CORPORATE HOSTING reserves the right to eliminate, suspend or cancel definitively any contracted service, information or content of the Client's hosting, if for operational or commercial reasons it is necessary and no notification is required other than the following terms and conditions. Likewise, GO CORPORATE HOSTING may request additional information to validate the client's account, and may use third party anti-fraud services (such as MaxMind) to qualify the client's behavior. GO CORPORATE HOSTING may withhold customer payment for 30 business days for customers who may be deemed untrustworthy or who fail to validate their account through a valid ID at http://www.gocorporatehosting.com.

3 - Programs and scripts

In the case of hosting accounts that have execution permissions, the Client may install and execute the scripts it deems appropriate. However, GO CORPORATE HOSTING reserves the right to deactivate any script or software installed by the Client that affects the normal operation of the servers and harms other clients that host sites on them. On the other hand, any software or application that is installed by the user on GO CORPORATE HOSTING servers, both on shared and dedicated servers, must have the corresponding use license that guarantees the user's rights. In case of a license verification request from the entity that owns the installed software, the service will be suspended until the user presents the corresponding permissions for such installation.

4 - File distribution

Websites whose purpose is the distribution and storage of files (e.g. photo galleries, MP3, downloadable software libraries, videos, large compressed files, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, GO CORPORATE HOSTING reserves the right to cancel, suspend or delete such accounts. A site may be considered to be included in this characterization when more than 5% of its content is dedicated to files for distribution. In case of recidivism, in order for your site to be reactivated, you will have to pay a fine of USD $50.

5 - Traffic consumed (Bandwidth)

All hosting plans except the unlimited plan, which is treated punctually, include a certain amount of monthly traffic. If you exceed the transfer limit you will be notified at the email address you configured as the main contact when you registered your service. The restriction cannot be removed, if your site is frequently exceeded you can request to extend your plan to obtain a higher transfer rate and avoid possible blocking of the web service.

6 - Hosting Agreement

There is no implied warranty or obligation not expressly set forth in this document regarding the relationship between the Customer and http://www.gocorporatehosting.com. Once the plan has been requested and the e-mail confirming the purchase order data has been sent, you will have 30 days to make the corresponding payment. Once the payment for the service has been made, it must be informed from the customer area, ACCESS TO WHICH IS ON THE HOME PAGE OF THE SITE, in order to activate or renew a service. Entering the payment data does not guarantee that your payment can be verified, the customer will be able to view the status of your payment, after the estimated delay period that has been detailed, from THE CUSTOMER AREA. Once your payment is verified, you will be informed through an e-mail to your contact e-mail. In the event that your payment cannot be verified by our Administrative Department, this payment report will be deleted, a notice will be sent by email and you will have to report again attaching a scan of your payment receipt

 Termination of Service:

To cancel a service, the customer must request and confirm the cancellation from the customer's panel at http://www.gocorporatehosting.com. If this is not done and the service continues to be active, GO CORPORATE HOSTING reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to charge for the service.

7 - Confidentiality

GO CORPORATE HOSTING will maintain the confidentiality and security of the information provided by the Client for the payment of the service, as described in the Data Protection Law.

8 - Data Loss

GO CORPORATE HOSTING is not responsible for loss of data on the server for any reason. It is the user's responsibility to keep a backup copy of the site. It is also the user's responsibility to keep the mails of the webmail system under safekeeping. GO CORPORATE HOSTING does not make backups (backup copies) of accounts larger than 35 GB (35840 Mb), so the customer must take precautions to ensure their safety. In any case that the customer requires to restore or obtain a backup of your hosting account, you must pay USD 30 + VAT for the work that demands the realization of the task.

9 - Domain transfer delays

GO CORPORATE HOSTING is not responsible for delays in domain registrations and DNS transfers caused by third parties or by the user who purchases our services.

10 - Payments and Maturities

The base currency of the service is USD. In the event that the client does not make the payment and notifies the same through the client area, GO CORPORATE HOSTING reserves the right to temporarily suspend the website. For reactivation, the amount corresponding to the cost of renewal of the service must be paid and the service will be reactivated only once the accreditation of the payment is verified. In case of non-payment within 20 days after the due date, your site will be definitively cancelled, with the corresponding elimination of all the information hosted in the server by the user. In this way, the user loses any right to claim for the deleted information. The payment of the service is made per month in advance, on an annual, quarterly or monthly basis according to the details of the plan. In the payment methods where a communication from the client is necessary to inform and individualize the payment made, GO CORPORATE HOSTING reserves the right to suspend or cancel the client's account preventively until the client informs said payment and GO CORPORATE HOSTING issues an acknowledgement of receipt of said payment.

 

Clarification:

1 - In the case that the hosting plan includes domain when the domain and the hosting plan expires, it automatically goes into suspension and changes the status to expired. The holder will have 10 days to pay the renewal price set by GO CORPORATE HOSTING and after those 10 days an additional USD $90 must be paid for the domain (except for LOCAL DOMAINS that depending on the regulation of each country its renewal) and for which the client accepts that GO CORPORATE HOSTING is not responsible) plus the renewal price of the web hosting to reactivate the operation of the domain and hosting. GO CORPORATE HOSTING does not guarantee that a domain can be renewed even if payment has been made. In case of impossibility to renew the domain, GO CORPORATE HOSTING will reimburse to the Client the Client amount for the renewal of the domain, which can never exceed $11 USD (one-time payment).

2 - In the case of plans exclusively for international domain registration, upon expiration the domain automatically goes into suspension and changes its status to expired. The holder will have 10 days to pay the renewal price set by GO CORPORATE HOSTING and after those 10 days an additional USD $90 plus the renewal price must be paid in order to reactivate the domain. GO CORPORATE HOSTING does not guarantee that a domain can be renewed even if the payment has been made. In case of impossibility to renew the domain, GO CORPORATE HOSTING will reimburse to the Client the Client amount for the renewal of the domain, which can never exceed $11 USD (one-time payment).

11 - Imputation of payments on current account

The customer's current account with GO CORPORATE HOSTING works with the modality: sum of debits and credits. In this way, each payment made by the client is first charged to the first expired renewal of an administratively ACTIVE and/or SUSPENDED service. If there are no expired renewals, the amount is imputed to pending purchases or assigned as a CREDIT BALANCE for future purchases or renewals.

12 - Modifications

GO CORPORATE HOSTINGS reserves the right to introduce modifications in the characteristics and prices of the plans and/or services offered. Any notification that affects the technical characteristics of the services offered will take place directly through our web pages on the Internet. And the mere use of GO CORPORATE HOSTING services implies the acceptance of the modifications and/or updates of the present document.

13 - Anti-SPAM Policy (Sending of unsolicited advertising)

Along with the growth of the Internet, email abuse is also growing. People get very annoyed by SPAM mail and send complaints to providers. Because of this we must take a strict position regarding SPAM mail. The Customer is obliged not to transmit unsolicited advertisements through email or any other means on the Internet advertising any services hosted with http://www.gocorporatehosting.comThe breach of this point leads to the immediate suspension of the contracted services, either through services contracted with us or through any other service provider. Failure to comply with this point leads to the immediate suspension, without prior notice, of the contracted services. All expenses generated will be charged to the user's account. If the sending of SPAM mail by a user is detected, the account will be suspended and the user will have to pay USD $50.- as an account reopening fee. If you continue with this policy the account will be deleted from our servers and as mentioned above the user will be responsible for the costs incurred and damages to other users of the same server. When the service is suspended for SPAM, a suspension screen will be placed on the corresponding site. This screen will be removed as soon as the payment of the fine is verified.

14 - Sending mass mailings

We inform you that it is not allowed to send mass mailings, since it affects the operation of the server from which it is sent. If the Client has a certain number of users who are interested in receiving certain information about your company or service, before sending the corresponding mailing, please contact the technical area to clients in http://www.gocorporatehosting.comIn order to avoid conflicts of any kind, we will provide you with the necessary instructions. In case of mass mailing, the account will be immediately suspended by the technical department of our company. It will be reestablished only once the Client contacts said department to clarify the situation and GO CORPORATE HOSTING considers that there is no risk of 'banning' of the IP address of the mail server or saturation of the servers.

15 - Anti-Phishing Policy

Suspension and/or cancellation of service upon detection of phishing from a website hosted by GO CORPORATE HOSTING Phishing is a modality related to obtaining information to carry out a scam and/or identity theft. It consists of taking information such as credit card numbers, passwords, account information or other personal data, by means of deception. This type of fraud is usually received through e-mail messages or pop-up windows GO CORPORATE HOSTING supports international organizations in the fight against phishing on the Internet If you think you have been a victim of "phishing", proceed as follows:

Report the fraud immediately to Technical Support.

Provide details of the fraudster, such as messages received, to the appropriate authority through the Internet Fraud Complaint Center. This center works worldwide in collaboration with legal authorities to quickly shut down fraudulent Web sites and identify those responsible for the fraud.

If you believe that your personal information has been stolen or compromised, you should also report it to the appropriate authorities.

If the customer is directly responsible, the suspension will be definitive and irreversible.

If vulnerabilities in applications installed on your web space have been used for this purpose, you must commit to fix them and delete the malicious files from your web space.

In case of recidivism, in order for your site to be reactivated you will have to pay the corresponding fine of USD $50, committing once again to correct the vulnerabilities and delete the malicious files from your site. If after that your account is used again for this purpose we will proceed to the definitive and irreversible cancellation of the same. Likewise, hosting plans may only store files corresponding to web sites. The files .zip, .tar.gz videos or other extensions that exceed 100MB in size will be considered punctually and may be eliminated directly by GO CORPORATE HOSTINGS without prior consultation with the client in order to maintain the stability and agility of the web hosting servers. This deletion of content will not give rise to any right to compensation from the provider. For the storage of large files (larger than 100MB) the customer must hire a VPS service.
