Reseller Policy

 Quality policy and authorized resale

By purchasing GO CORPORATE HOSTING services for resale, you agree to adhere to this Reseller Policy.

To ensure that GO CORPORATE HOSTING's authorized resellers ("Resellers") are able to maintain healthy margins and ensure that GO CORPORATE HOSTING's end users are being provided with a quality sales and customer support experience, GO CORPORATE HOSTING has announced this Reseller Policy (the "Reseller Policy"). GO CORPORATE HOSTING believes that its end user customers are best served by having resellers who market GO CORPORATE HOSTING Services as premium branded products and who provide an exceptional level of service and support to their end user customers.

GO CORPORATE HOSTING adopts this Resale and Quality Policy (this "Policy") and requires each person, company or entity (as applicable, a "Reseller") that purchases its services (the "Services") for resale or other distribution to agree to comply with this Policy. Accordingly, the terms of this Policy are incorporated into and in addition to any agreement entered into between GO CORPORATE HOSTING and Reseller with respect to Reseller's purchase or sale of the Services.

1. Sales only to end users.

Unless otherwise agreed with GO CORPORATE HOSTING in writing, Reseller may only purchase Services for resale to consumers and end customers and Reseller may not resell the Services to suppliers or for further distribution in any manner.

2. Internet sales are prohibited.

The Reseller is prohibited from selling GO CORPORATE HOSTING products on the Internet unless it applies, is approved by GO CORPORATE HOSTING and executes an Authorized Internet Reseller Agreement or other similar agreement governing the manner in which it sells online.

3. Sales restricted to the territory.

If the Reseller acquires the Services under an agreement that obligates the Reseller to resell the Services in a geographic territory, the Reseller must comply with that obligation.

4. Intellectual Property.

Unauthorized use of the intellectual property of our Services is prohibited. Resellers who comply with this Policy have a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use GO CORPORATE HOSTING's trademarks and copyrights in connection with the sale of the Products. Reseller shall not alter, modify or change any trademark or copyright, or use any trademark or copyright other than for the promotion and sale of the Services, or use any trademark or copyright in any manner that adversely affects such trademark or copyright. Failure to comply with the Policy will result in automatic revocation of the license granted herein and forfeiture of all rights granted herein. GO CORPORATE HOSTING reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for any or no reason.

5. Service inspection.

GO CORPORATE HOSTING will promptly inspect all Services upon completion and will promptly return, in accordance with the terms of sale, any Services that appear incomplete or unsatisfactory upon inspection.

6. Sales practices.

Reseller will conduct its business in a reasonable and ethical manner at all times and will not engage in any deceptive or unethical advertising or practices at any time, or make any warranties or representations with respect to the Services, except as expressly authorized by GO CORPORATE HOSTING. Reseller will comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies relating to the advertising, sale and marketing of the Services.

7. Customer service level.

Reseller shall provide the highest levels of customer service. Reseller and Reseller's sales personnel shall be familiar with the special features of all GO CORPORATE HOSTING Services marketed for sale and shall obtain sufficient product knowledge to advise customers on the selection and safe use of the services, as well as any applicable warranty or return policy.

8. Customer service channels.

Reseller will maintain the telephone and email customer service response functions, as required by the Original Agreement, to handle customer complaints, returns and other customer service functions. At GO CORPORATE HOSTING's request, Reseller will provide any reports or other information requested by GO CORPORATE HOSTING, with respect to a particular Service to determine the date or Reseller's purchase of the Service, the location where the Service was purchased and the dates on which the Service was sold or performed by Reseller to a purchaser.

9. Consumer safety and cancellation of service.

Reseller will cooperate with GO CORPORATE HOSTING in connection with any investigation of consumer safety complaints or any assessment of a termination of Service. To ensure the safety and well-being of end users of the Services, Reseller agrees to cooperate with GO CORPORATE HOSTING with respect to any cancellation of Service or other consumer safety information dissemination efforts.

10. Service Failure.

If any significant amount of Services purchased by Reseller fails, Reseller shall promptly report such event to GO CORPORATE HOSTING.

11. Report unauthorized resellers.

If Reseller has information, or reasonably suspects, that any person is purchasing and reselling or distributing Services in a manner not authorized by GO CORPORATE HOSTING, Reseller must immediately notify GO CORPORATE HOSTING.

12. Other information, documents and reports.

Reseller shall provide GO CORPORATE HOSTING with any supplemental information, documents and reports that GO CORPORATE HOSTING may request to validate Reseller's compliance with this Policy and to support GO CORPORATE HOSTING's warranty and customer support obligations and initiatives.

13. Unilateral policy changes

GO CORPORATE HOSTING sales personnel have no authority to modify or grant exceptions to this One-Sided Policy. All questions regarding the interpretation of this Policy should be directed to the Reseller Policy Committee at contact@gocorporatehosting.com.

14. Termination and liability due to policy violation

If GO CORPORATE HOSTING determines that Reseller is in violation of this Reseller Policy, it may take all appropriate legal action, including, but not limited to, refusing to accept orders from Reseller or instructing its distributors to refuse to accept orders from Reseller.

15. Policy modification and changes

GO CORPORATE HOSTING reserves the right to update, amend or modify this Reseller Policy at any time. Unless otherwise provided, such modifications shall be effective immediately and Reseller's continued use, advertising, offer for sale or sale of the Products shall be deemed to be Reseller's acceptance of the modifications.
